Pripremiti šaum. Belanca dobro umutiti, potom postepeno dodati šećer uz neprestano mešanje dok se ne dobije cvrst šaum.
Za koru prvo odvojiti belanca od žumanca. Potom dobro izmiksati žumanca i šećer dok ne postanu bela, penasta. Dodati otopljen maslac a potom postepeno brašno sa praškom za pecivo. Staviti koru da se peče na 180°C. Koru peći do pola, oko 20 min.
Na ovako do pola ispečenu koru rasporediti Flora maline, a preko njega šaum.
Vratiti u rernu na 25-30 min na 180°C. Kolač ostaviti da se ohladi pa tek onda seći.
